woots!!! ytd was my 1st gym training and it was my 1st adventure club meeting heh!!! i know it sounds late... to go adventure club for e 1st time? at this time of the year... yup i juz joined adventure club last thurs w shaoni, hui wen and alloy...

ytd, my 1st time going in e gym and had an orientation of it by our president, firhan... thanks for letting us know how to use and to know e equiptments!!! well gym for e 1st time was a brand new experience for me and as well as for shaoni and hui wen... and plus we didnt know anyone in e adventure club except within ourselves... so we were juz plain shy... and didnt really wanna mix ard w anyone... and totally shy on working out in e gym!!!

after e whole training had ended.... we had a short introduction of ourselves... and then some announcement on e campus road run which everyone one have to run!!! haha yup tmr im going for e adventure club camp...so excited abt it!!! whooooo!!!! haha
